Holistic Health Practitioner
Naturopath and Massage Therapist Certificied
Passionate about the complexity of the human body, I have been developing my skills and knowledge in this field for almost 15 years. After obtaining my Bachelor's degree in Cell Biology and Physiology at the University of Paris V (BSc), I completed a Master's degree in Management (MBM) at the ISG (Institut Supérieur de Gestion), a recognized Parisian school. Wishing to discover the world, our family moved to Guangzhou, China, where I was introduced to Chinese medicine, and to Bucharest, Romania, where I obtained my diploma of massage therapist, practitioner in Shiatsu (Japanese accupressure technique) and I completed a 1st year of studies in Osteopathy. In order to go further in understanding the mechanisms of the body and natural therapies, I followed a complete training in holistic bio-naturopathy at the European Centre for Holistic Naturopathy (CENH) in France. And after almost 10 years of living outside my native country, France, it is in Montréal, Quebec, that our family has chosen to settle. It is in the heart of this beautiful city that I resumed my studies in Osteopathy at the Sutherland Academy and began training in Medicine of the Sense, in order to go further in the "why of diseases". Because as Hippocrates, the father of medicine said: "If you are sick, first look for what you have done to become sick".
In consultation, I support my clients towards optimal well-being through an individualized approach that focuses on diet, lifestyle changes, the use of plants, homeopathy, manual techniques and many other natural therapies adapted to each individual. My holistic approach is characterized by respect for the wholeness of the individual and the fact that everyone is unique!

I consider that every human being is composed of interdependent parts and if one part does not working properly, all the other parts will be affected. In this way, if people have imbalances (physical, emotional or spiritual) in their lives, it can have a negative effect on their overall health, which is why my approach is holistic and complete. To do so I use different kind of natural therapeutics (see below) that help to improve everyone's overall balance.
Therapy that allows the integration of a healthy diet adapted to the physiology of each person, because health depends on what we consume.
"May your food be your first medicine" Hippocrates.

Developed by Hahnemann in the 17th century: "The application of similar products makes the transition from disease to health" this therapy is effective, meaning a side effect, ideal for deep treatments and children among others.
Used for thousands of years, essential oils used internally, externally or in diffusion can relieve many ailments.
A method based on quantum physics, which allows a complete bioenergetic assessment.
Phytotherapy (phyto, plant) is an ancestral traditional medicine used by Chinese and Indian medicine in particular and uses the natural pharmacological properties of the molecules contained in plants. They are recommended in the form of encapsulated powder, herbal tea, mother tincture...
Natural therapy that combines different techniques and maneuvers such as kneading, effleurage and pressure. Massage is often associated with a moment of relaxation and relaxation, but the benefits of massage therapy are much more important and the deep relaxation of the central nervous system has a positive impact on the whole body both physically and mentally.
